岗位工作内容： 一、业务统筹与管理协同（50%） 协助研发中心负责人统筹各业务板块（材料、项目管理、客诉等）日常运营与进度管控 参与研发中心年度目标分解、重点项目推进与复盘，跟踪关键项目节点达成 协调研发中心与生产、品控、采购、营销等部门的跨部门事项 参与研发中心流程、制度建设并推动落地执行 二、团队管理与人才培养（30%） 分管部分团队或模块的日常管理，负责任务分配、绩效跟进与人员培养 识别团队关键人才与组织风险，配合HRBP做好人才梯队建设 营造务实、高效的团队氛围，提升团队执行力与稳定性 三、专业技术把关（20%） 参与重要研发项目的技术方案评审与决策建议 把控研发输出质量，处理研发过程中的重大问题 跟踪行业技术动态，为研发中心技术路线提供建议

岗位任职资格要求： 1、本科及以上学历，动物营养、食品科学、动物医学等相关专业 2、宠物食品/食品行业研发8年以上经验，其中研发管理3年以上 3、熟悉宠物食品研发全流程（配方、工艺、包装、法规等） 4、具备研发项目管理与体系建设经验，有主导研发项目从立项到上市落地的完整经历 5、具备团队管理与跨部门协同能力，能统筹多板块业务、推进项目进度管控 6、具备向研发中心负责人发展的管理潜力与大局观 7、全局观强、链接力好、抗压性好
