一、流程梳理与优化 1）根据权责的变化、组织架构调整、业务变化等，统筹各部门对业务流程进行梳理和优化，实现流程与资源、能力的匹配，确保流程运行有效。 2）从流程角度协调跨部门的协同运作，负责业务流程问题的诊断，与流程owner一起牵头设计流程改善方案；参与新业务流程设计，推动流程建立及持续改进。 二、流程优化项目推进 负责流程优化重点项目的管理推进，识别项目开展的问题及风险，并进行闭环管理，确保痛点流程优化和流程变革工作的有序开展。 三、流程审计与闭环 检查、分析各项流程的执行效果和执行效率，并推动改善，提升公司流程执行力和运营效率。 四、流程培训/业务赋能 1）学习行业优秀的方法论和专业工具，并在公司范围内适配和执行。 2）负责流程管理理念导入，流程管理相关知识、方法和工具的培训，推动公司范围内提升流程管理思维和方法。

1. 本科及以上学历，熟悉流程管理方法论，掌握流程设计、分析与优化工具，具备端到端流程建设实践经验； 2. 同岗3年以上工作经验，具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能有效推动多方协作达成共识； 3. 逻辑清晰，具备较强的文档撰写与流程建模能力，熟练使用流程图工具；
