一、岗位职责 （一）市场战略与规划管理 1. 根据公司年度经营目标，制定市场部年度 / 季度市场 BP，拆解品牌、流量、新品推广、渠道营销等目标、预算与关键里程碑，输出可落地执行方案。 2. 开展行业、用户、竞品深度调研，定期输出市场洞察、竞品分析报告，识别市场机会与风险，为产品、销售、管理层提供决策输入企查查。 3. 配合品牌整体建设，理解并辅助传播品牌定位、传播口径、视觉体系，维护品牌口碑与舆情，提升品牌在宠物赛道的知名度、美誉度。 4. 负责市场预算整体管控，统筹广告投放、KOL 合作、活动、物料等费用，监控投入产出，持续优化营销 ROI。 （二）全链路营销业务落地 1. 统筹新品上市整合营销，完成卖点提炼、内容策划、媒介投放、线上种草、线下活动，完整操盘新品从预热到爆发的全周期营销。 2. 统筹新媒体矩阵（小红书、抖音、社群等）内容营销、KOL/KOC 合作、话题营销，完成种草、用户教育、流量获取；同时统筹线下展会、异业合作、宠物主题活动落地。 3. 深度协同销售、产品、电商部门：输出销售赋能物料（手册、话术、案例包），配合渠道做终端动销支持；收集市场用户反馈反向给到产品端，助力产品迭代优化。 4. 建立标准化复盘机制：牵头月度、季度、年度市场复盘，拆解项目得失，沉淀方法论，将复盘结论转化为下阶段策略优化动作，持续迭代市场打法。 （三）团队管理、带领团队作战（核心负责人职能） 1. 全面负责市场团队管理：搭建、优化市场部组织架构；明确各岗位 职能与绩效目标，做好目标拆解、过程跟进、绩效考核、绩效面谈，驱动团队完成业务指标。具备团队能力培养的经验。 2. 管理跨部门协同冲突，对外管理供应商、媒介、KOL 资源，建立供应商评估与管理体系。 （四）数据与复盘体系建设 1. 搭建市场数据看板，跟踪曝光、互动、线索、转化、成本等核心指标； 2. 每季度牵头完成部门整体复盘，总结年度市场工作成果、问题、缺口，输出下一年度改进方向，输出部门复盘报告。

二、任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、传播学相关专业优先；5 年以上市场营销相关经验，至少1年市场团队负责人经验，宠物行业优先。 2. 具备完整市场全链路操盘经验：懂品牌策略、新媒体内容种草、投放 ROI 管理、新品上市营销、线上线下活动；能够独立输出完整营销 BP。 3. 极强的数据敏感度，擅长用数据做策略判断，具备常态化复盘的工作习惯，能够从复盘里提炼问题，推动业务迭代。 4. 优秀团队管理与人才培养能力：有搭建团队、带教下属、搭建人才梯队实战经历，不只追求业务结果，重视团队成员能力成长，能够带团队打硬仗，也能做能力沉淀。 5. 优秀跨部门沟通协调能力，能够联动产品、销售、电商，推动复杂项目落地；抗压能力强，适应业务快速变化。 6. 有宠物品牌、消费品牌完整成功营销案例，有 0‑1 品牌建设经验优先。
