【岗位工作内容】 一、原料验证与检验（45%）​ 负责肉粉、红薯、鸽子等大宗原料的样品接收、检测与验证，输出验证报告与判定结论； 按检验标准执行理化、微生物及安全性指标检验，对异常批次快速反馈并推动处置。 二、原料开发（30%）​ 配合配方与采购需求，开展新原料、新供应商、替代原料的调研、送样与验证，推动导入； 参与供应商现场审核与技术评估，输出原料技术标准与验收规范。 三、标准与数据管理（15%）​ 维护原料质量标准、检验方法与原料数据库，持续优化验收标准。 四、跨部门协同（10%）​ 与配方、采购、质量、生产及共建基地高效协同，推动原料端问题闭环。

【岗位任职要求】 1、本科及以上，动物科学/动物医学、饲料科学、食品科学、化学/检测等相关专业；2 年以上饲料/食品原料检验或原料开发相关经验，宠物食品、饲料、农牧行业背景。 2、熟悉肉粉、红薯、鸽子等大宗原料的特性、质量标准与检验方法（理化、微生物、安全性指标）；掌握原料验证与供应商技术评估的流程与要点；理解原料指标与配方、生产工艺之间的关联。 3、具备独立完成原料检验与验证报告的能力；具备原料开发与供应商技术评估能力；具备数据分析与问题追溯能力；熟练使用办公软件及实验室检测相关仪器/软件。 4、有主导或参与原料开发/替代、供应商导入或原料质量改善项目的完整经历；有原料标准建立、检验方法优化或原料数据库建设经验。 5、热爱宠物，对宠物行业抱有热情；严谨务实，原则性强，对质量与安全不妥协；具备较好的学习力与协同意识；跨部门沟通与推动能力强。 其他：工作地点江苏新沂（苏宠工厂/共建基地）
