岗位工作内容： VI部分：负责品牌VI系统的设计与落地，包括Logo、标准字、色彩系统、辅助图形等基础元素。能根据品牌战略与市场需求，提出创意设计方案，推动品牌视觉升级与创新。 包装设计：能独立完成自有品牌商品包装设计，结合产品属性、市场趋势与用户需求，提出差异化设计方案，不断创新并能够从而提升品牌形象。深入了解包装工艺结构、材料特性及成本控制，确保设计方案的可落地性与商业价值。参与包装打样与生产监制，确保设计成果的高质量呈现。 活动设计：负责品牌活动主视觉的设计，以及规范相关物料，根据品牌战略与市场需求，提出创意设计方案，推动品牌视觉升级与创新。负责展会物料的创意设计（如展台、海报、宣传册等），确保品牌形象的高端呈现，从而提升品牌曝光度与影响力。对接搭建商与供应商，监督设计落地效果，确保活动顺利进行。 团队协作与创新：与市场、产品、供应链等部门紧密合作，关注行业趋势与设计前沿，推动品牌设计创新与升级。

岗位任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，视觉传达、平面设计、艺术设计等相关专业，有海外留学背景者优先。 3-5年以上品牌设计相关经验，有消费品、美妆、宠物行业经验者优先。 2、专业能力：精通品牌VI系统设计，具备从0到1的品牌视觉构建经验；熟悉包装设计全流程，了解包装工艺、材料及成本控制；熟练使用Adobe Creative Suite（AI/PS/ID）、Figma等设计工具。 3、商业思维与用户洞察：具备较强的市场洞察力，以及日常生活的洞察能力，能结合品牌战略与用户需求提出创新设计方案；熟悉品牌营销逻辑，能将设计转化为商业价值。 4、项目管理与协作能力：具备多项目管理能力，能高效推进设计任务并确保按时交付；优秀的沟通与协作能力，能跨部门协调资源并推动设计落地。 5、创新与学习能力：关注设计趋势与行业动态（如了解Design360、关注设计圈内每年权威奖项、独立设计师等），具备持续学习与创新能力；对设计充满热情，对设计作品有较高的标准。
