岗位工作内容： 一、烘干零食新产品开发 (50%) 1. 配方与工艺专研：负责烘干类宠物零食（如鸡胸肉干、鸭肉绕薯条、牛肉咬胶、复合肉卷等）的配方设计、工艺开发与优化。 2. 全流程项目执行：主导从产品概念、小试打样（确定温度、风速、时间曲线）、中试放大到试产及上市的全流程，制定烘干类产品的标准保质期验证方案。 3. 感官与营养研究：负责产品的适口性测试分析、质构分析，给到工艺和配方上的优化建议。 二、 OEM生产转化与工艺驻场 (35%) 1. 烘干产线技术转移：核心负责将实验室烘干工艺在OEM工厂实现稳定量产。 2. 工艺参数标准化：制定并输出《烘干零食量产工艺标准卡》和《产品标准》辅助品质部门建立过程控制标准。 3. 设备适应性改进建议：根据产品特性，对OEM工厂的烘干设备（如托盘材质、通风方式）提出改造或调整建议，以提升产品良率。同时针对于客诉提出可落地解决方案。 三、 技术沉淀与原料研究 (15%) 1. 原料数据库建设：系统评估不同产地、不同批次肉类原料对烘干后成品外观、口感及出品率的影响，建立内部原料分级标准。 2. 技术文档与专利：撰写烘干零食相关的工艺技术文档、操作规范及专利申请材料。

岗位任职要求： 1、学历及专业要求 本科及以上学历（硕士优先），食品科学与工程、农产品加工与贮藏、动物营养与饲料科学等相关专业。 2、工作经验要求 （1）宠物食品行业研发经验3-5年，其中烘干/肉干类零食专项研发经验不少于2年； （2）有主导过至少2个烘干零食产品在OEM工厂成功量产的完整项目经历； （3）有通过调整烘干曲线提升产品酥脆度/韧性或显著降低能耗、提高出品率的工艺优化经验（优先）。 3、专业知识要求 （1）精通肉类烘干工艺原理及美拉德反应对产品风味与色泽的影响机制； （2）熟悉宠物食品水分活度（Aw）与微生物抑制的关系，能独立完成保质期设计； （3）理解原料成本、出品率与产品定价之间的商业逻辑。 4、技能要求 （1）能独立操作小型烘干机、中试烘干房，熟练使用水分快速测定仪、质构仪等分析设备； （2）具备敏锐的感官评估能力，能通过目测/手摸判断肉干烘干程度； （3）熟练使用至少一种DOE实验设计软件，英语CET-4以上，能阅读并翻译国外宠物食品工艺文献。 5、能力素质要求 （1）严谨细致，对温度、时间等工艺参数具备数据化管理习惯； （2）抗压能力强，能适应频繁出差跟产，快速解决OEM工厂现场工艺问题（如粘连、色差、外干内湿等）； （3）热爱宠物行业，具备较强的学习力、自驱力及跨部门沟通协作能力。
