The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Qualidade Pleno based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity to join an agile development squad supporting a technology product in the energy sector. You will play a key role in ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to delivery. The position combines functional, exploratory, integration, regression, and business-rule testing with a strong focus on prevention. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, UX/UI professionals, and client stakeholders to identify risks early. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to test automation, API testing, quality metrics, and continuous improvement. You will have autonomy to challenge requirements, investigate defects, and propose improvements rather than simply execute predefined test cases. AI-powered tools may also be incorporated into daily quality activities to increase productivity and strengthen testing practices.

Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the development squad, collaborating with Product Owners, developers, UX/UI professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, delivery tracking, and quality discussions.
  • Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify inconsistencies, risks, gaps, and potential failure scenarios.
  • Design test scenarios and cases based on business rules, application flows, and expected user journeys.
  • Execute functional, exploratory, integration, regression, and business-rule validation tests.
  • Validate developed features before they progress to user acceptance testing or production.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs and other quality issues through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce defects, investigate root causes, and validate fixes.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new implementations do not negatively affect existing functionality.
  • Maintain test evidence and keep quality-related documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of acceptance criteria and the squad's Definition of Done.
  • Support user acceptance and validation activities with Product Owners and client stakeholders.
  • Identify quality risks early and promote preventive quality practices throughout development.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and quality practices within the squad.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated tests when appropriate.
  • Monitor quality indicators and contribute to reducing defects, rework, and recurring problems.
  • Use AI tools and resources, when applicable, to support analysis, test scenario creation, testing activities, and productivity improvements.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, with practical experience across the software testing lifecycle.
  • Strong autonomy, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge requirements, anticipate problems, and recommend improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation is essential.
  • Experience working within agile development squads and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of software testing strategies and techniques, including functional, exploratory, integration, and regression testing.
  • Experience with test automation and API testing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Git.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their role in software quality.
  • Ability to investigate defects, analyze problems, and communicate findings clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when documenting test evidence and quality findings.
  • Knowledge or practical experience applying AI tools to improve productivity and quality practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of quality outcomes and proactively identifying risks.
  • Meal voucher.
  • Food allowance.
  • SulAmérica health insurance.
  • Care Plus dental insurance.
  • Wellhub.
  • Psicologia Viva.
  • Conexa Saúde.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Home office allowance.
  • OnHappy benefit.
  • SESC partnership.
  • Life insurance.
  • Remote work model.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
