You will also develop strong product leaders and make core capabilities more reusable and configurable across markets, products, and customer segments. This role offers significant influence over product strategy, business growth, and the next generation of payment infrastructure.
Accountabilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Payments & Money Movement portfolio, aligning product investments with business priorities and customer needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop experienced product leaders and their teams, fostering accountability, autonomy, and strong execution.

- Guide the development of money movement capabilities, including disbursements, funding, clearing, settlement, billing, pricing, and client and collector reconciliation.
- Oversee APIs and platform access capabilities that enable clients, partners, and internal products to integrate securely and extend payment functionality.
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership to scale, modernize, and transform a complex, high-volume transaction platform.
- Drive platform investments that improve reliability, scalability, operational efficiency, payment performance, and unit economics.
- Generalize and standardize core capabilities to support existing and future business verticals without relying on bespoke solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure systems and processes support increasing transaction volume and operational complexity.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to translate platform improvements into measurable client outcomes, revenue opportunities, and business value.
- Balance near-term delivery with long-term modernization, enabling faster launches of new payment methods, products, capabilities, and markets.
- Contribute to the broader product strategy and operating model as a key member of the Product Leadership Team.
- Establish clear success metrics and improve execution, accountability, and outcomes across the portfolio.
- 12+ years of product management experience, including substantial experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
- 7+ years of progressive product leadership experience, including responsibility for multiple product teams and senior product leaders.
- Deep understanding of payment processing and money movement, including gateways, acquiring, routing, card and ACH processing, settlement, reconciliation, or disbursements.
- Proven experience scaling, modernizing, or transforming complex, high-volume transactional platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading products and teams through significant growth, such as increasing transaction volumes, expanding platform capabilities, entering new markets, or developing new revenue streams.
- Strong track record partnering with senior Engineering leaders on technically complex platform investments, architectural evolution, and transformation initiatives.
- Ability to balance execution of a critical existing business with strategic investments in platform modernization and future growth.
- Strong commercial judgment and business acumen, with the ability to connect product strategy and investment decisions to revenue growth, operating economics, and client value.

- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Revenue.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear product strategies, measurable outcomes, and business impact.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience with multi-processor or multi-rail payment orchestration. Background in payment optimization, routing, or gateway products. Experience across both pay-in and pay-out or disbursement capabilities. Familiarity with payment risk, compliance, and financial controls. Experience working in regulated financial services environments. Track record of leading products through significant scaling or platform modernization. Benefits: Annual base salary: $275,000–$325,000 USD, with actual compensation depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and work location. Stock options through a growth-company equity program, with standard vesting over four years and a one-year cliff. Competitive benefits package, including premium medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% employee premium coverage. Company-sponsored life and disability insurance. 401(k) retirement plan.
