You will collaborate closely with attorneys, partners, managing attorneys, business development teams, and operational specialists. The position offers significant influence over how client information, processes, and service standards are managed across the organization. It is well suited to an experienced business immigration professional who is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating at a strategic level.

Accountabilities

  • Oversee the development, improvement, and documentation of internal workflow protocols, processes, and procedures supporting immigration case work.
  • Draft and distribute firmwide communications and process documentation that help teams apply consistent and effective case-management practices.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new corporate clients, including coordinating document collection, organizing client information, and ensuring internal platforms are accurately configured.
  • Work closely with operational teams to support accurate system setup and facilitate a smooth transition for new corporate clients.
  • Partner with attorneys, Partners, and Managing Attorneys to respond to client questions and develop effective solutions to client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver client-facing and internal materials, including reports, dashboards, presentations, and customized client tools.
  • Analyze information and trends from standard reports and communicate relevant findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and Partners.
  • Develop best practices for data management, data integrity, information organization, and client-information oversight.
  • Create and implement initiatives designed to maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized client information.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise across multiple major client accounts and serve as a trusted resource for their operational and service needs.
  • Assist attorneys in developing training materials for client presentations and participate in presentations when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to prepare and organize responses to Requests for Proposal and other client-facing documentation.
  • Contribute to additional operational, client-service, and process-improvement initiatives as required.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background.
  • Have 5–7 years of professional experience in business immigration.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when managing client information, documentation, and processes.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, process-management, analytical, and computer skills.
  • Have experience working with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Be comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends and process gaps, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, presentations, and client materials.
  • Be capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to process improvement and the ability to develop and implement practical best practices.
  • Annual salary of $75,000–$100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Full-time, regular employment.
  • 100% remote work arrangement.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • Multiple retirement plan options, including 401(k) and Roth 401(k).
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Opportunity to work in a global legal and immigration services environment.
  • Strategic exposure to client relationships, operational processes, data management, and legal-service delivery.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, attorneys, business development professionals, and cross-functional teams.
  • Inclusive and respectful working environment that values diverse backgrounds, skills, and experiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
