This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IM UAM PMO Analyst based in India.

The IM UAM PMO Analyst will support strategic planning, operational coordination, and performance reporting within a dynamic finance transformation and user access management environment. This role is essential to improving team effectiveness by ensuring structured planning, resource visibility, and consistent operational governance. You will collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to coordinate activities, monitor objectives, and facilitate informed decision-making. By transforming complex data into clear dashboards, reports, and executive presentations, you will help identify performance trends, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement. You will also contribute to workforce planning, onboarding, internal communications, and process optimization initiatives. Accountabilities

  • Internal Team Operations: Coordinate team meetings, workshops, training sessions, off-sites, and engagement activities. Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and commitments.
  • Planning and Objective Tracking: Support the definition, monitoring, and reporting of team goals, objectives, activity plans, milestones, and deliverables to maintain alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Resource and Workforce Planning: Assist with resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce visibility. Maintain resource management dashboards and availability reports to support effective planning and decision-making.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Organize onboarding activities for new employees, contractors, and team members, ensuring the necessary information and coordination are in place.
  • Management Reporting and Executive Insights: Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting tools. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports to communicate performance and support leadership decisions.
  • Data Consolidation and Analysis: Gather and consolidate information from multiple sources, analyze operational data, identify trends and performance gaps, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of coordination for internal team activities and communications. Gather information from stakeholders, communicate priorities and decisions, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Executive Presentations and Communications: Create clear, compelling presentations, visual reports, newsletters, and other communication materials tailored to different audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, standardize processes, automate recurring tasks, and enhance existing workflows and operational tools.
  • Operational Governance: Promote best practices in planning, reporting, documentation, and team governance while supporting consistent execution and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and colleagues across finance, technology, and other business functions to support transformation initiatives and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or university-level qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO support, business operations, communications, training coordination, or related activities.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Experience consolidating data from multiple sources, monitoring performance metrics, preparing management reports, and translating information into meaningful insights.
  • Presentation and Visualization Skills: Excellent presentation design, visual communication, and graphical storytelling abilities, with a proven capacity to turn complex data and information into clear, engaging, executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Planner, or comparable reporting, project management, and workflow automation tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate priorities, summarize complex information, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Planning and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, coordination, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Resource Management: Knowledge of workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management practices is an advantage.
  • Industry Experience: Exposure to the life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or broader regulated industries is beneficial.
  • Project Management Certifications: CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid and internationally distributed environment.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive, analytical, and process-oriented approach to identifying inefficiencies, improving reporting standards, and supporting operational excellence.
  • Work Arrangement: Ability to work on-site at least three days per week, with up to two remote workdays in accordance with the applicable flexible working policy.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to undertake up to 10% domestic and/or international travel when required.
