You will work across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, containers, observability, and AI services in a global, multicultural environment. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical support for developers, AI teams, and internal users. You will help build scalable infrastructure, automate repetitive processes, and improve the reliability and efficiency of the platform. You will also contribute to the adoption and optimization of AI capabilities across cloud environments. Working with international teams, you will have significant exposure to modern technologies and continuous opportunities to expand your technical expertise.

Accountabilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and monitor cloud resources across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, following established architectures, standards, and security practices.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu to create reliable, repeatable, and scalable environments.
  • Support AI-related cloud services and resources, including model catalogs, APIs, documentation, versioning, and associated platform components.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve the efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness of AI resource usage.
  • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, with a focus on reusable, scalable, and high-quality workflows.
  • Create and maintain secure, lightweight, and optimized Docker images and repositories.
  • Support containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and related technologies.
  • Implement and use monitoring and observability practices to track platform health, application performance, and relevant operational indicators.
  • Provide first-level technical support to developers, AI teams, and internal users, helping investigate and resolve infrastructure, cloud, and platform issues.
  • Automate maintenance and environment-management activities using Bash, PowerShell, Python, and/or Go.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve the team’s knowledge base.
  • Communicate releases, platform changes, updates, and incidents clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understand user needs and technical requirements, investigate reported issues, and determine appropriate solutions or escalation paths.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed and multicultural teams across different projects and technical environments.
  • Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of administering cloud resources, including networking, compute, databases, and identity and access management.
  • Experience or solid familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform or OpenTofu.
  • Working knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or Helm.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with or familiarity with GitHub Actions.
  • Good working knowledge of Linux, including shell usage, package installation and updates, permissions/ACLs, and basic system configuration.
  • Scripting or programming experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, and/or Go.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability concepts and practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand requirements and propose structured technical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation and concise updates.
  • Collaborative, curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across concurrent demands.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with confidence participating in meetings, technical discussions, and presentations in an international environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered applications and concepts such as RAG, LLMs, and token optimization is desirable.
  • Experience using AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar solutions is a plus.
  • Deeper GitHub Actions expertise, including composite actions, custom actions, Docker-based actions, and reusable workflows, is advantageous.
  • Experience with services such as API Gateway, CDN/Edge, managed Kubernetes, Entra ID, IAM, or SSO is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog, New Relic, or open-source observability stacks is a plus.
  • Experience with observability solutions specifically designed for AI applications is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working with global and multicultural teams is highly valued.
  • Fully remote work, with the option to work from a flexible location in Brazil.
  • Hybrid work may also be available depending on preference and circumstances.
  • Flexible working hours within a 40-hour work week.
  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
