The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Analista Sênior de Business Operations – Pricing based in Brazil.

We are looking for a hands-on Business Operations professional to strengthen pricing processes, tools, and operational efficiency within a growing technology environment. In this role, you will turn pricing policies into practical workflows and reliable tools that support commercial decision-making. You will lead initiatives from initial design and prototyping through implementation, automation, and adoption across teams. Working closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations, you will ensure pricing processes are scalable, transparent, and aligned with business needs. You will also help improve data reliability, clarify approval flows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, collaborative professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and turning ideas into solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the processes and tools workstream within the Pricing function, translating pricing policies into executable workflows supported by reliable data and operational tools.
  • Design, develop, and implement tools that support commercial pricing decisions, including pricing calculators, taking solutions from initial prototypes to everyday use.
  • Map, structure, and automate the end-to-end pricing process, from quotation through approval, ensuring responsibilities, decision-making authority, and approval levels are clearly defined.
  • Translate pricing requirements into actionable specifications for Product and Technology teams, supporting the integration of pricing policies into internal systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure pricing workflows meet business requirements and operate effectively across departments.
  • Support commercial and operational teams in adopting pricing tools and processes, providing guidance and helping resolve implementation challenges.
  • Monitor process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Ensure pricing information and supporting data are reliable, accessible, and suitable for informed commercial decision-making.
  • Manage competing priorities and coordinate stakeholders to move initiatives from problem identification to implementation and ongoing improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes or workflows, with a strong understanding of how different business functions connect.
  • A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset, with a track record of building, implementing, and operationalizing solutions rather than focusing solely on analysis or diagnosis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively with Sales, Product, Technology, and other business teams.
  • Ability to organize priorities, navigate ambiguity, and move projects forward in evolving business environments.
  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical processes, tools, and clear implementation requirements.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Planning, Operational Excellence, or Pricing.
  • Nice to have: Experience using generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to improve process efficiency, support analysis, or accelerate prototyping.
  • Nice to have: Basic SQL knowledge, including the ability to read and validate queries.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
  • Fully remote work: Work from anywhere within Brazil, with the option to visit the company's São Paulo office.
  • Flexible benefits card: Access to benefits for meals, groceries, mobility, health, home office, culture, and education.
  • Health insurance: Medical coverage with no copayment, with available providers including Unimed, SulAmérica, or Alice.
  • Mental health and well-being: Online therapy and coaching through Zenklub, plus online medical consultations through Conexa Saúde.
  • Fitness benefits: Access to Wellhub.
  • Language learning: Access to language-learning resources through Rosetta Stone.
  • Professional development: Learning opportunities through a partnership with Alura.
  • Childcare assistance: Financial support for childcare expenses.
  • Recharge day: An additional day off to rest and recharge.
  • Work equipment: Equipment provided to support remote work.
  • Career growth: Opportunities to grow professionally in an expanding technology business.
  • Salary and compensation: The specific salary range and compensation structure are not disclosed in the job description.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
