This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Consultora de Negócios based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to work on strategic consulting projects focused on innovation, sustainability, and business transformation across complex industrial sectors. You will help clients address real business challenges, moving from problem diagnosis and analysis through to the design and implementation of practical solutions. The role combines quantitative analysis, strategic thinking, technical understanding, and close collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary specialists. You will investigate markets, technologies, trends, and business models while transforming complex information into clear recommendations. Your work may span strategy, operational efficiency, new business models, decarbonization, sustainability, and technology-driven transformation. In a collaborative, hands-on environment, you will have significant opportunities to learn, develop your career, and create measurable impact for clients and society.

Accountabilities

  • Support major transformation programs by helping diagnose complex business challenges and contributing to the development and implementation of tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with project teams, clients, technical specialists, and other stakeholders to understand needs, develop hypotheses, and build solutions adapted to specific business contexts.
  • Structure complex problems using logical frameworks, formulate hypotheses, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform mathematical, quantitative, and data-driven analyses, developing models, scenarios, benchmarks, and feasibility assessments to evaluate business opportunities and potential solutions.
  • Research market trends, emerging technologies, industry developments, and best practices to identify relevant opportunities and approaches for client challenges.
  • Translate technical analyses, data, and complex findings into clear, structured, and actionable recommendations for business and executive audiences.
  • Develop executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and other communication materials that effectively support decision-making and client discussions.
  • Contribute to projects involving innovation, strategy, new business models, operational efficiency, transformation, sustainability, energy transition, and decarbonization.
  • Collaborate with specialists across business, technology, engineering, and sustainability disciplines, integrating different perspectives into comprehensive client solutions.
  • Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach throughout project delivery, taking ownership of analyses and deliverables while adapting to changing priorities and complex environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, including relevant technical or applied disciplines.
  • Excellent critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities, with a structured and logical approach to ambiguous business challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, numbers, mathematical models, and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to structure problems, formulate hypotheses, conduct rigorous analyses, and develop objective, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong interest in capital-intensive, energy-intensive, and natural-resource industries, including their processes, challenges, technologies, and business models.
  • Ability to understand technical subjects and connect them to broader strategic, operational, and business implications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate recommendations clearly to executive audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build analytical models and high-quality executive presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, specialists, project teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious, collaborative, and hands-on mindset, with strong ownership and a willingness to investigate problems in depth.
  • Fluency in English, including the ability to participate confidently in meetings and develop professional analyses and deliverables.
  • Availability to travel according to project and client requirements.
  • Knowledge or experience in decarbonization practices, technologies, and strategies is considered a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge in sustainability, energy transition, circular economy, energy efficiency, or emissions reduction is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working on projects within industrial sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovation applied to industry is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in consulting, strategy, innovation, or business transformation is desirable.
