  • Gather, document, and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for new sales initiatives, services, product improvements, and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes, products, and customer support, communicating findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Train and support other sales team members by sharing technical knowledge about products, systems, services, and their applications.
  • Manage multiple sales support projects simultaneously, maintain effective customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and business goals.
  • Have 5–10 years of experience in technical sales or in supporting mechanical, electronic, or computing solutions and equipment.
  • Bring relevant industry experience, preferably in energy distribution, utilities, natural gas, instrumentation, or related technical markets.

  • Have experience selling technical equipment or supporting solutions involving mechanical, electronic, or computing systems.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to prospect, close sales, develop existing accounts, and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Possess knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and computing processes, together with strong problem-solving and project management skills.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, API applications, and other relevant productivity tools.
  • Show strong customer service capabilities, leadership potential, business awareness, and a consistent focus on delivering results.
  • Be willing to travel throughout North America and internationally as business needs require.
  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred, particularly when combined with business aptitude and strong communication skills.
  • Market-competitive salary.
  • Incentive plan offering additional earning potential.
  • Medical and dental plans with 80% of premiums paid by the employer.
  • Short-term disability, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and life insurance fully paid by the employer.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Structured coaching and cross-functional learning with experienced professionals across customer experience, sales, engineering, and operations.
  • Opportunity to develop technical sales expertise in the natural gas distribution and measurement solutions market.
  • Remote work arrangement within the United States.
  • Collaborative team environment with opportunities for continuous improvement, career development, and increasing responsibility.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
