This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist based in India.

This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of an international affiliate marketing program. You will drive partner recruitment, activation, retention, performance optimization, and revenue growth across a diverse global network. The role combines relationship management with strong analytical and commercial decision-making to improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion quality, and partner ROI. You will work with product reviewers, publishers, content creators, comparison platforms, cashback partners, and online communities. Success will depend on your ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies, optimize commercial structures, and identify new growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Brand, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams in a highly cross-functional environment. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on acquisition and revenue while building a scalable, high-quality affiliate ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies focused on partner recruitment, activation, retention, and revenue growth across international markets.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop high-value affiliate partners, negotiating contracts, commission structures, incentives, and commercial terms.
  • Own affiliate relationships end to end, including tracking setup, promotional offers, payment reconciliation, partner support, activation, and ongoing account management.
  • Analyze performance across partners, cohorts, geographies, and partner categories to identify growth opportunities, underperformance, and optimization priorities.
  • Monitor revenue, conversion quality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, partner ROI, and fraud indicators, translating insights into practical performance improvements.
  • Manage commission expenditure within approved budgets and recommend reallocations based on partner performance, growth potential, and return on investment.
  • Design and execute structured tests across commission tiers, incentives, promotional offers, audience segments, and campaign mechanics to improve conversion and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to develop promotional content, marketing materials, and affiliate assets that support partner activation and campaign execution.
  • Partner with Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering teams to strengthen tracking, attribution, measurement accuracy, and fraud detection.
  • Work with Finance and Legal teams on payment processes, commercial agreements, compliance, and revenue-quality requirements.
  • Build strong, long-term partner relationships by providing guidance, performance insights, and ongoing support to improve engagement and retention.
  • Stay current with affiliate marketing trends, competitive developments, emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Present performance insights and optimization recommendations through dashboards, reports, and structured presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within B2C subscription, consumer technology, SaaS, or other digital businesses.
  • Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, activating, and scaling affiliate partner networks across international markets.
  • Strong track record of using data to guide decisions around commissions, incentives, budgets, acquisition, revenue, and partner ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and networks such as Impact, PartnerStack, or comparable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate partner performance, identify high-potential segments, diagnose performance changes, and prioritize optimization opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of attribution, affiliate measurement, fraud detection, quality control, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience using performance data to shape partner recruitment strategies, incentive structures, campaign planning, and broader program decisions.
  • Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and commercial discussions independently.
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing structured experiments or A/B tests involving incentives, offers, audiences, and conversion mechanics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Brand, Data, Finance, Engineering, Creative, and Legal.
  • High degree of ownership, organization, adaptability, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of affiliate marketing, affiliate program management, performance and revenue optimization, data analysis, attribution, and partner performance management.
  • Fully remote, full-time opportunity based in India.
