The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Customer Success Architect based in India.

Join a global Customer Success team supporting enterprise customers with complex data and product analytics needs. You’ll act as a trusted technical partner, helping customers build reliable, scalable, and well-governed analytics foundations. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with consultative customer engagement across data architecture, taxonomy, integrations, and instrumentation. You’ll investigate data challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate findings into practical action plans. You’ll work across technologies including CDPs, event pipelines, cloud data warehouses, SDKs, and APIs. Collaboration with product, engineering, support, and technical success teams will be central to improving both customer outcomes and internal processes. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong, customer-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems and driving measurable results.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and hands-on operator for enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of their product analytics environment.
  • Apply deep expertise in analytics products and data management to guide customers through data audits, taxonomy improvements, and implementation best practices.
  • Help customers map data-flow architectures between analytics platforms and upstream sources such as Segment, mParticle, Snowflake, BigQuery, and RudderStack.
  • Develop practical playbooks that support the integration of analytics solutions into additional data flows and business processes.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into data discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend prioritized action plans.
  • Audit existing implementations against best practices, including SDK versions, instrumentation patterns, property naming, and event-volume efficiency.
  • Produce structured and scored audit reports with clear, prioritized recommendations for remediation.
  • Gather, organize, and communicate customer trends and insights to improve internal processes, documentation, and customer-facing services.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, Technical Success, and account teams to streamline processes and improve the customer data-management experience.
  • Manage customer deliverables effectively, prioritize competing needs, and consistently drive projects through to completion and measurable outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing data or analytics role, such as implementation, solutions or sales engineering, analytics engineering, or data consulting.
  • At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with a demonstrated ability to successfully engage and deliver outcomes for enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of programming languages and technical concepts underpinning modern web and mobile development, with experience in areas such as SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, or RESTful APIs.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and event pipelines, particularly technologies such as Segment, mParticle, and RudderStack.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, especially Snowflake and BigQuery.
  • Understanding of client-side and server-side SDK instrumentation across web and mobile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of event taxonomy design, data governance, data quality, and analytics implementation principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones with architects, account teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong execution and customer-service orientation, with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage projects, meet deadlines, and drive customer outcomes.
  • Curiosity about how technical systems work, combined with a practical, solution-oriented approach to resolving complex customer challenges.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work with humility, take ownership, embrace feedback, and maintain a customer-first mindset.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to support employee health and well-being.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, with employer-paid premiums available on select plans.
  • Flexible time off and paid holidays.
  • Stipends supporting wellness, commuting, learning and development, and home-office equipment.
  • Generous parental benefits, including paid parental leave and family-building support.
  • Mental health and wellness resources, including access to coaching and therapy services.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
  • Mentorship, management development, and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Charitable giving support and paid volunteer time off.
  • Remote work opportunity based in India within a global and collaborative team.
  • Exposure to enterprise customers, advanced analytics technologies, and innovative data solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
