This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Spécialiste Bilingue, Services Bancaires aux entreprises based in Canada.
This is a customer-focused, remote opportunity supporting small-business clients with their everyday banking needs. You will listen carefully to understand each client’s goals and recommend relevant business banking products and solutions. The role combines consultative service, sales support, problem-solving, and relationship building in a collaborative environment. You will work with internal and external partners to connect clients with the right expertise and resources when needed. Your responsibilities will span business accounts, cash management, financing, credit cards, merchant services, payroll solutions, and more. Strong product knowledge, organization, adaptability, and communication skills will help you deliver accurate and personalized support. Accountabilities
- Respond to business banking inquiries professionally, efficiently, and accurately while delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to understand clients’ current and future business banking requirements.
- Recommend appropriate products, services, and financial solutions based on each client’s objectives and priorities.
- Support clients with solutions including commercial deposit accounts, online business banking, electronic funds transfers, cash management, small-business financing, business credit cards, merchant services, payroll solutions, and related offerings.
- Provide guidance on business banking strategies and products while identifying opportunities to support clients through relevant services.
- Complete required transactions, follow-up activities, and post-call processing accurately and within established procedures.
- Refer complex or unresolved situations to the appropriate internal specialist or business group.
- Make appropriate referrals to other business areas when clients require additional expertise or services.
- Maintain current knowledge of business banking products, processes, services, and credit card offerings.
- Protect confidential client and organizational information while adhering to applicable regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and report potential issues or risks as required to protect clients and the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to provide comprehensive solutions and a seamless client experience.
- Practical knowledge of personal and small-business banking products and services.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, with the ability to support clients, employees, and partners in both languages across and beyond Quebec.
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous contact-centre and/or banking experience is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly establish trust and develop lasting client relationships.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and determine appropriate solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.

- Ability to maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential client records and transactions.
- Comfort working within established banking procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
- Willingness to work an assigned schedule based on business needs, with operating hours from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Annual salary range of $37,000 to $70,000 CAD, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
- Potential commission structure and/or performance-based compensation depending on the role structure.
