Rattaché(e) a la directrice trésorerie et financement, vous intégrez une équipe comptable client dédiée au soutien de notre réseau de franchisés et filiales pour leur garantir fiabilité, efficacité et support au quotidien sur toutes les problématiques liées au poste clients.

Assistant Comptable et Support Client H/F

Rattaché-e au directeur/rice trésorerie et financement, vous intégrez une équipe comptable client dédiée au soutien de notre réseau de franchisés et filiales pour leur garantir fiabilité, efficacité et support au quotidien sur toutes les problématiques liées au poste clients.

Principales missions :

Support aux franchisés et filiales :

Vous serez l’un des interlocuteurs privilégiés de notre réseau pour les accompagner sur les problématiques comptables clients :

· Réponse aux appels de la hotline et traitements des mails concernant les problématiques de lettrage et d'assurance-crédit

· Contact et suivi auprès des assureurs pour assurer le traitement des questions des franchisés relatives à l’assurance-crédit et assurer une communication claire entre notre réseau et les assureurs (plafonds, demandes de garanties, blocages, risques clients,..)

· Suivi de la satisfaction du réseau, des demandes et assurer un reporting clair auprès de votre responsable

Comptabilité :

· Enregistrement et suivi des factures clients dans le système comptable

· Lettrage quotidien des comptes clients (réseau franchisés et filiales avec un contact quotidien auprès des franchisés pour obtenir les informations et les détails permettant de réaliser le lettrage)

· Saisie et contrôle des encaissements (virements, chèques, LCR, etc.)

· Identifier les écarts et contribuer à la fiabilisation des comptes

Profil recherché :

Vous êtes la personne idéale si vous possédez :

· Une formation en comptabilité (BTS CG, DUT GEA, Licence pro…) et/ou une première expérience en support téléphonique ou assistance utilisateurs.

· Une bonne compréhension des mécanismes comptables clients (lettrage, analyse de comptes…) et un esprit critique pour répondre aux problématiques rencontrées.

· Une excellente communication orale et écrite, avec un sens du service développé.

· Une grande rigueur, de l’organisation et une capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément.

· Une maîtrise du Pack Office, notamment Excel

📅 Disponibilité : CDD d’un an à pourvoir ASAP

📍 Localisation : Clichy

💰 Rémunération : Salaire fixe 28-32k€ (selon profil) + 2k€/an sur un contrat de 39h
