The posting

MISTERTEMP GROUP, réseau d’agences d’intérim et de recrutement , recherche pour sa direction financière un comptable général confirmé (H/F) , basé à Clichy (92).

Rattaché au service financier, vous intégrerez le département de la comptabilité générale, à la fois pour assurer la production des comptes du Groupe et être au service de nos franchisés qui nous confient la comptabilité de leurs opérations de travail temporaire, en lien avec leur expert comptable.

Sous la supervision du chef comptable , vos missions seront :

  • Tenue de la comptabilité générale (Rapprochements bancaires ; Déclaration TVA, DAS2, TVS, clôture annuelle et production de liasses)
  • Garantir le respect du planning du service (coordination avec les autres comptables du service : fournisseurs, justification des soldes de dettes sociales intérimaires et cotisations, salariés permanents, comptes clients)
  • Comptabilité pour nos franchisés : contrôle des écritures intégrées ( CA/Paie etc) à l’aide des outils mis en place et support auprès de notre réseau et de leurs experts comptables
  • Développement d’outils d’automatisation et contribution active à l’amélioration continue des process (ERB, lettrages de comptes spécifiques, intercos…)
  • Suivi des immobilisations
  • Cadrage des marges
  • Cadrage des comptes liés aux personnels ( Cadrage du solde du brut, solde des charges patronales …)
  • Réponses aux sollicitations des commissaires aux comptes
  • Réponses aux sollicitations des comptables de nos franchisés
  • Rédaction des annexes pour la clôture des comptes annuels

Ce descriptif prend en compte les principales tâches et n’est pas limitatif.

Vous avez au moins 4 ans d’expérience en tant que comptable général avec idéalement un passage en cabinet comptable.

Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du plan comptable et une très bonne compréhension des impacts des écritures au bilan et au compte de résultat.

Vous êtes à l’aise du excel (recherche V, fonction SI, TCD…)

L’utilisation de l’IA sera un enjeu important pour travailler sur des gains de productivité (production et gestion des tableurs Excel existants).

Votre sens du service vis à vis des franchisés et de leurs comptables, votre rigueur et votre ténacité sont des atouts pour réussir à ce poste.
