Notre département Grands comptes, recherche un(e) responsable opérationnel(le) grands comptes Intérim en CDI pour accompagner notre croissance.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez pour mission:

  • Le déploiement des accords nationaux signés par les grands comptes. A cet effet, vous réalisez la prise de rendez-vous auprès des sites (RRH, Responsable exploitation, directeur de sites) pour initier le partenariat et vous menez les actions commerciales sur l'ensemble du périmètre des comptes.
  • Participer aux actions d’identification des nouveaux prospects, aider à la génération de rendez-vous qualifiés, et contribuer à la réponse aux opportunités et appels d’offre
  • Etre l’interlocuteur commercial privilégié des responsables de sites : responsables de ressources humaines, responsables de production etc.
  • Manager une équipe de 4 à 6 chargés de comptes, qui sont en charge d’interagir au quotidien avec les clients et les candidats. Vous formez et montez en compétences vos collaborateurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des KPIs et de les analyser afin de mettre en place les actions correctives, si nécessaire et d’être garant de l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.
  • Etre garant du respect des processus chez nos clients et en interne.
  • Accompagner le Directeur de Business Unit dans les revues mensuelles ou trimestrielles.

Vous disposez d’une solide maîtrise de la législation du travail temporaire ainsi que des règles de paie, et vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de gestion dédiés à ce secteur. Habitué(e) à analyser les performances, vous savez identifier les écarts et mettre en place des plans d’actions efficaces, tout en assurant le pilotage de KPI.

Fort(e) d’une expérience confirmée dans le développement commercial de grands comptes ou responsable d’agence, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur tant administrative que juridique, ainsi que pour vos compétences en management d’équipes. Vous appréciez le travail collaboratif et êtes force de proposition pour faire évoluer les offres et le discours commercial.

Rémunération : salaire fixe de 46-50 k€ bruts annuels, complété par une part variable mensuelle et un véhicule de fonction.
