Au sein de la direction générale grands comptes, vous êtes rattaché(e) à un responsable de BU et êtes en charge de développer le réseau grands comptes B2B.

Vos principales missions

  • Identifier des cibles et prospecter dans un univers Grands Comptes
  • Développer un portefeuille d'opportunités grâce à une prospection multicanale (téléphone, email, LinkedIn...).
  • Comprendre et qualifier les enjeux RH / intérim de vos interlocuteurs afin d'être pertinent dans notre approche.
  • Réaliser des rendez-vous commerciaux avec les Directeurs de Business Unit, auprès de décideurs qualifiés
  • Accompagner vos prospects tout au long du cycle de vente jusqu'à la signature.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec votre manager afin de définir les meilleures stratégies de développement commercial.

Assurer un suivi rigoureux de votre activité commerciale dans Salesforce

Rémunération composée d’une fixe : entre 42k€ et 45k€ selon profil + variable déplafonné sur objectifs (prise de rdv / signature de contrat) en moyenne 10k€

Profil recherché

  • Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie (1 à 3 ans) en développement commercial B2B, idéalement dans un environnement SaaS, RH ou services.
  • Vous aimez prospecter, créer des opportunités et développer un portefeuille de clients.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans les échanges avec des décideurs et savez instaurer une relation de confiance.
  • Vous êtes organisé, autonome et appréciez travailler dans un environnement en forte croissance.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils CRM et de prospection.
  • Une connaissance du secteur de l’intérim ou des ressources humaines constitue un véritable atout.
