Dans ce rôle, vous aurez pour mission :

  1. La gestion du recrutement
  • Rédiger des annonces attractives
  • Sélectionner les candidats en adéquation avec le poste
  • Organiser et mener les entretiens téléphoniques et collectifs
  • Suivre les dossiers de candidatures
  • Entretenir un vivier de candidatures et en proposer régulièrement au client
  • Assurer une visibilité sur les outils digitaux (Insta/Facebook)

2. Le pilotage de la gestion administrative du personnel

  • Gérer les formalités contractuelles: DPAE, contrats, vérification des titres de séjour, etc.
  • Prendre en charge l'administration du personnel: arrêt maladie, accident de travail, visite médicale, EPI, etc
  • Saisir les relevés d'heures
  • Autres tâches administratives requises pour le bon développement de l'activité du service
  • Suivre les intérimaires en mission (questions, FASTT, etc.)
  • Répondre aux questions des intérimaires
  • Proposer le CET
  • Accompagner des intérimaires en fin de mission

Nous recherchons une personne justifiant d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en agence d'intérim ou idéalement au sein d’un onsite. Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et d'un véritable sens du service, vous savez gérer vos priorités avec rigueur, organisation et réactivité.

Dynamique, enthousiaste et autonome, vous faites preuve de polyvalence et aimez être dans l'action au quotidien.

Force de proposition, vous prenez des initiatives et contribuez activement au développement de site client tout en garantissant un accompagnement de qualité auprès des clients et des intérimaires.

📅 Disponibilité : Poste en CDI à pourvoir ASAP

💰 Rémunération: 28-30K+ variable mensuel + un véhicule de fonction vous sera attribué
