Notre agence de Voiron recherche son/sa Consultant(e) recrutement en CDI. Nous sommes une équipe passionnée et motivée à trouver les meilleurs profils pour nos clients. Chaque jour, nous relevons le défi de connecter les compétences avec les opportunités et nous le faisons avec un brin de folie et beaucoup de professionnalisme. Rattaché(e) au responsable de l’agence, vous aurez pour challenge de développer l'activité de l'agence et d'accompagner nos clients sur leurs besoins en recrutement tout en assurant une qualité de services.

Pour cela, trois grands rôles vous seront attribués:

  • As de la présentation : Porte-parole dans le cadre du développement de l'activité et à la croissance du cabinet, la prospection et la fidélisation clients seront vos alliés ! Vous êtes un(e) véritable commercial(e) dans l'âme !
  • Détective du recrutement : vous enquêtez sur les besoins de nos différents clients, pour comprendre leurs attentes et leurs exigences (CDD, CDI et intérim). Vous vous lancerez à la poursuite des candidats les plus motivés, en utilisant tous les moyens de sourcing à votre disposition.
  • Chef(fe) d’orchestre : Vous piloterez l’ensemble du processus administratif à savoir : la rédaction des contrats, DPAE, saisie des RH, vérification des documents administratifs, suivi des visites médicales, gestion des acomptes, facturation…

Vous êtes un commercial dans l'âme, vous faites preuve de ténacité et avez fait valoir votre esprit de conquête ?

Vous aimez instaurer des relations solides avec le client et les candidats ?

Nous recherchons avant tout un savoir être, une personnalité empreinte de dynamisme et de curiosité, quelqu'un qui sera dans l'optique de progresser et de faire progresser.

📍 Localisation : Agence située à Voiron 📅 Disponibilité : Poste en CDI à pourvoir ASAP

💰 Rémunération: Fixe 26400-30000€+ variables mensuels + mutuelle + PC portable + Tél portable

Du lundi au vendredi sur une base hebdomadaire de 39 heures par semaine
