1. 负责建立和维护产品/项目的标准成本、实际成本模型，深入理解成本核算流程，确保成本数据（料、工、费）的准确归集与分配；定期进行成本结构分析、同比/环比分析，深入分析成本变动的根本原因；根据标准成本与实际成本之间的差异分析等因素，追踪到业务相关方并进一步推动改进和优化。 2. 对生产/运营相关的费用（物料消耗、能耗、维修费）等进行监控、预警，确保支出的合理受控，识别关键的成本解决机会，并推动公司的降本增效。 3. 与各个业务团队深入交流并密切合作，理解第一手的业务信息，从产品的全生命周期进行成本跟踪，并从端到端的视角分析成本，从而寻找整体最优的的成本解决方案。 4. 采购合同的审批与归档。 5. 领导交办的其他相关事宜。

1. 本科及以上学历，财务、经济类相关专业。 2. 3年以上财务相关经验，其中必须有制造业成本核算或成本BP经验。 3. 较强的数据分析、数据处理能力，熟练使用EXCEL等办公工具。 4. 高度的责任心，做事细心、认真，有较强的抗压能力。 5. 较强的跨部门沟通、协调能力。
