1. 负责机器人运动规划与导航相关算法的研发与落地 2. 面向不同任务与场景需求，设计并实现合适的规划与决策算法 3. 与感知、定位、控制等模块协同工作，完成规控系统的整体设计与集成： 4. 与业务层软件对接，将导航功能落地至实际应用场景 5. 在仿真与真实机器人平台上进行算法验证、调试与性能优化：

1. 本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、控制、机械电子等相关专业； 2. 具备扎实的数学与算法基础，包括但不限于：线性代数、概率统计 ，几何计算、数值优化基础 3. 对机器人运动规划、导航或规控问题有系统性理解，并具备相关实践经验； 4. 熟悉常见路径规划与避障算法原理，并有实际应用经验者优先，包括但不限于： - A\、Dijkstra、Hybrid A\ - RRT / RRT\* 等采样规划方法 - DWA、TEB、MPC 等局部规划或优化类方法 5. 具备良好的 C++ / Python 编程能力： - C++（具备工程级代码经验） - Python（用于算法验证、仿真或工具开发） 6. 熟悉 ROS / ROS2 机器人软件框架，具备多模块系统集成与调试经验；
