1、计算机科学、人工智能、机器人或相关领域硕士及以上学历。 2、具备深度学习、计算机视觉和自然语言处理的扎实理论基础和实践经验，熟练掌握 PyTorch、Jax 等深度学习框架。 3、熟悉 lerobot、openpi 等具身训练框架，了解数据具身多模态数据集的构建、清洗等，掌握算法性能优化和决策质量改善策略。 4、熟悉ROS，深度参与实际机器人项目，有相关落地经验。 5、具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够通过团队协作推进项目进展。 6、有CV和机器人领域顶会工作发表优先。
