1. 前沿调研与竞品分析 • 跟踪国内外开源/商用灵巧手方案及关键零部件的技术进展，包括触觉传感器、关节模组、芯片方案等 • 分析竞品的架构方案、性能参数、集成策略，并输出内部参考材料 2. 供应链调研与能力认证（Qualify） • 开拓并评估核心器件供应商，建立对触觉模组、关节模组、SoC芯片的选型机制 • 与技术/采购团队合作，推动样品评估、打样验证与合格供应商清单建立 3. 产品需求定义与跨部门协作 • 主导产品需求评估与关键技术特性定义，协调结构、控制、嵌入式、算法、系统等多个团队评审需求可行性 • 撰写高质量的PRD文档与功能规格书，定义关键性能指标（如触觉响应带宽、关节反驱力矩精度等） 4. 项目进度管理与技术评审参与 • 配合项目管理团队，参与关键阶段评审（EVT、DFT、DFM、试产等），保障产品开发进度与关键技术决策质量 5. 性能-成本-质量的全局平衡管理 • 协调研发、运营、供应链、测试等各方，确保产品在成本、质量、性能三方面取得平衡与突破 6. 上市前的应用测试与demo设计指导 • 设计标准化测试用例，推动仿真 + 实物联合测试（DexUMI，Sim2Real验证等） • 指导产品应用工程师完成Demo搭建、测试方案验证、问题复盘与结果验收 7. 上市前的SBOM，规格书，以及产品 8. 上市后的产品维护与迭代 • 收集、整理来自市场与应用一线的改进建议，进行功能变更评估、版本管理与需求复用设计

教育背景 机械工程、自动化、机器人、电子工程、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历 工作经验 有3年以上复杂机电系统/机器人/智能硬件产品经验；有灵巧手、机械臂、关节模组、传感器类经验者优先 技术视野 理解灵巧手系统组成（结构、执行器、感知、控制、通信等），能快速学习新技术并落地为产品指标 跨界协作 有与研发/结构/算法/嵌入式/供应链多方协同的经验，具备优秀的需求协调和技术评审沟通能力 文档能力 能独立撰写产品需求文档、功能规范、供应商能力评估表、测试计划等交付物
