岗位职责 1.负责机器人算力单元Linux系统配置、裁剪及优化，构建可量产的系统镜像与发布流程； 2.负责机器人算力单元 SoC 板级支持包（BSP）开发与维护：U-Boot、设备树、内核配置、驱动适配与稳定性优化; 3.负责Linux系统外设驱动（Ethernet/EtherCAT、PCIe、USB、SPI、I2C、Uart、CAN/CAN-FD、GPIO等接口，Camera、Audio、4G/5G、Wifi、蓝牙等功能模块）开发与调试； 4.负责算力单元系统性能（可靠性、实时性等）优化（调度/中断优化、实时性能提升、PTP时间同步、系统资源隔离与保护等），支持机器人算法、应用在整机上的部署调试； 5.支撑算力单元控制器量产方案开发（OTA方案、故障诊断与处理、安全性能提升、产线下线流程等）； 6.负责解决机器人研发、量产过程中出现的Linux系统相关问题。

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，三年以上嵌入式Linux内核/BSP/驱动开发经验； 2.精通 C/C++、Shell，熟悉Python用于脚本与产测； 3.至少熟悉英伟达、地平线、瑞芯微、高通等SOC芯片中的一种，熟悉其linux系统软件或驱动开发框架； 4.熟悉 Linux 内核与驱动模型、设备树、常见总线协议与调试方法； 5.有Linux系统裁剪配置、性能分析经验（dma、irq、调度、内存等分析及瓶颈定位）； 6.具有板级硬件联调能力（示波器、逻辑分析仪等总线分析工具），了解基本的EMC、ESD； 7.熟练使用Git等版本管理工具，具有良好跨团队沟通协作能力。 加分项 1.具有NVIDIA Orin/Thor等机器人算力单元/运动控制单元平台开发量产经验； 2.具有ROS 2底层适配、实时执行器、零拷贝通信、DDS 配置优化经验； 3.具有高带宽外设与存储开发调试经验：MIPI-CSI、V4L2、NVMe、PCIe调试； 4.具有RTOS 协同（FreeRTOS等RTOS）与异构多核（A-core/M-core）通信开发调试经验； 5.有GPU 加速开发经验。
