岗位职责 1.负责机器人算力控制器以及其他功能模块中MCU系统软件架构与平台搭建，根据机器人整机对嵌入式系统的需求，完成嵌入式软件系统的开发与测试； 2.负责嵌入式系统中功能集成、调试，定位、解决开发、量产过程中嵌入式系统相关问题； 3.负责嵌入式软件系统性能优化，包括系统实时性、可靠性提升； 4.支持机器人整机嵌入式系统产线及后续运维中涉及的软件功能模块（OTA Bootloader、故障诊断处理、产线下线检测等）开发维护及问题定位解决。

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机等相关专业，3 年以上 MCU嵌入式软件开发经验； 2.精通 C，熟悉常见嵌入式开发工具链与调试下载工具； 3.熟悉主流 MCU平台（ST、NXP、TI、Infineon、Renesas等）中至少一种MCU的开发； 4.熟悉MCU中常见外设模块（GPIO、AD、PWM、DMA、Timers、I2C、SPI、UART、CAN/CAN-FD、Ethernet等）的使用； 5.有RTOS开发经验，能完成任务、中断、时钟、内存、队列等设计与性能优化； 6.能读懂原理图与PCB，理解外围电路对采样、时序、EMC的影响，能借助示波器、逻辑分析仪等设备进行嵌入式软硬件系统问题分析定位； 7.具备良好的编码规范、文档能力与问题分析能力，具有良好跨团队沟通协作能力。 加分项 1.EtherCAT 主/从站、TSN等工业协议经验； 2.具备Bootloader、安全启动、固件签名与加密经验； 3.有批量产品的产测固件与校准流程建设经验； 4.使用Python开发调试/产测/回放工具，或具备HIL平台搭建经验； 5.EMI/ESD 整改协同与抗干扰软件设计（滤波、超时、冗余校验）； 6.了解Linux BSP相关内容
