我们致力于构建行业顶尖的自动驾驶与具身智能仿真基础设施。参与高并发、高可用、自动化的仿真工具链研发，构建“场景挖掘-仿真执行-自动化评测-报告输出”的数据消费链路，用工程与数据力量加速算法的降本增效与安全迭代。 岗位职责 1.工具链工程研发：负责自动驾驶仿真系统后端的架构设计与开发，持续优化提升仿真工具链效率、吞吐及成本。 2.数据飞轮自动化：全链路打通“高 ROI 场景挖掘 - 场景制作 - 任务并发调度 - 自动化评测 - 分析报告生成”的数据消费流程，嵌入 CI/CD 研发生态。 3.可观测性建设：设计并实现仿真全链路的可观测性系统，构建指标定义、运行状态实时监控与可视化大盘，保障系统稳定透明。 4.业务协同与交付：深度理解仿真、算法与测试团队的协作纽带，设计高内理、易复用的全栈/后端交互流程，实现高质量、确定性的功能交付。

1.专业背景：计算机、机器人、人工智能、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2.技术功底：Python 基本功扎实，熟悉常见的后端开发框架（如 Django/FastAPI 等）及主流数据库技术（MySQL/Redis 等），有全栈项目经验者更佳。 3.AI 协作思维：能熟练使用 Coding Agent（如 Cursor, Copilot 等）辅助开发，对 Agent 生成的代码具备 Harness（测试基准/安全护栏）层面的审视与工程把控能力，善于在人机协作中提升系统架构设计能力。 4.核心素养：具备强烈的“用户视角”与质量意识，对交付的代码和系统有产品级追求；具备客观、积极的沟通能力与极强的持续学习能力。 5.行业热情：对自动驾驶、具身智能、高并发数据基建及仿真技术充满热情。 加分项 1.有云原生（Docker, Kubernetes, 微服务）相关项目或实践经历。 2.有大数据组件（Spark, Flink）或数据湖（Iceberg, Hudi）相关开发经验。 3.有一线自动驾驶、机器人或具身智能企业数据闭环/仿真平台方向的实习经历。
