我们正在招聘项目助理岗位，核心职责如下： 1.项目管理：在资深项目经理指导下，协助制定自动驾驶项目的详细计划，包括项目里程碑、任务分解以及时间节点安排，跟进项目进展，保证项目有序推进。 2.跨部门沟通协同：深度对接算法、产研、测试等部门，定期组织项目同步会议，输出关键行动项和决策建议，推动项目需求闭环。 3.风险与变更管理：协助监控项目进度，定期收集项目进展数据，识别并管理项目过程中的关键风险项，及时发现偏差并提出纠正措施，保证整体节奏稳定可控。 4.项目沉淀与管理：负责整理和维护项目相关文档，为项目决策提供准确的依据和数据支持。

1.2027届毕业生，全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机科学、车辆工程、电子工程等理工科相关专业优先； 2.了解自动驾驶基本知识，对自动驾驶领域充满热情，关注行业最新动态和技术发展趋势； 3.拥有优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够在跨部门团队中建立良好的合作关系，积极倾听他人意见并清晰表达自己观点； 4.具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，面对自动驾驶领域快速发展的技术和复杂多变的项目问题，能够快速掌握新知识，分析问题并提出有效的解决方案； 5.至少有一段项目经理实习经历，自动驾驶/机器人/人工智能/汽车领域相关实习经历者优先；
