我们正在寻找有经验的规划算法工程师加入我们的北京/上海团队，本职位主要涉及到业界前沿的行为决策、路径规划以及轨迹生成等算法的研究和开发。我们的目标是将最先进的人工智能算法应用在自动驾驶卡车上，使货物运输更智能、更安全。

作为由滴滴自动驾驶公司孵化的公司，KargoBot专注L4级别干线货运的无人驾驶技术研发和商业化运营，创新性地提出了混合无人化解决方案，由一名司机驾驶的领航车辆，引领多辆L4级自动驾驶卡车行驶。

欢迎“梦想驱动”、“追求极致”的你加入，相信未来出行将因你我而改变！一起去创造和实现自动驾驶卡车KargoBot的纪录与未来！ 职位要求 1.参与自动驾驶车辆路径规划、行为决策、运动规划等核心算法的设计、开发与优化； 2.结合实际场景需求，提升规划算法在动态交通、复杂交互环境中的安全性与舒适性； 3.与感知、预测、控制等模块团队协作，推动算法在实车平台上的部署与测试； 4.跟踪学术界与工业界最新研究成果，探索创新性解决方案。

1.计算机科学、自动化、机器人学、车辆工程、数学等相关专业硕士/博士在读； 2.熟练掌握C++，熟练常用算法与数据结构 3.熟悉机器人学基础理论：如运动规划、最优控制、状态估计等；

加分项： 1.有计算机竞赛背景或ACM获奖经历 2.有自动驾驶规划算法开发经验 3.发表过机器人/自动驾驶相关顶会论文（ICRA、IROS、CVPR等） 4.有深度学习或强化学习项目经验
