The posting

  • 负责北京总部安全中台日常运营工作，搭建并维护自动驾驶货运安全中台管控体系，统筹全国场地测试、上线运营的安全数据、风险台账及流程规范，支撑团队常态化安全管控。
  • 负责总部层面安全制度迭代、安全标准落地、安全流程优化，梳理研发、测试、运营全链路安全准入机制，输出标准化安全管控方案，赋能一线业务场地。
  • 统筹全国自动驾驶货运安全数据汇总、统计与分析，定期输出安全周报、月报、专项分析报告，提炼核心风险问题，形成常态化风险预警机制。
  • 牵头各类安全事件、异常问题的总部复盘工作，汇总一线场地问题，梳理根因、制定整改及预防方案，跟进全流程闭环落地，沉淀安全复盘知识库。
  • 跟进行业政策、安全标准更新，负责总部安全合规、安全审计、对内对外安全汇报工作，统筹团队安全培训、体系宣贯等中台支撑工作。
  • 2027届本科及以上应届生，安全工程、车辆工程、自动化、交通运输、软件工程、风险管理等相关专业。
  • 了解自动驾驶货运、智能网联行业基本业务逻辑，有中台运营、体系搭建、数据复盘、流程管控相关实习或项目经验者优先。
  • 具备优秀的逻辑思维、数据梳理和公文撰写能力，擅长体系化梳理问题、沉淀标准流程，能够独立完成报告输出与复盘工作。
  • 熟练使用Office、数据统计、思维导图等工具，具备较强的统筹协调、跨部门沟通和问题闭环能力。
  • 做事严谨细致、责任心强，具备全局思维，认可自动驾驶货运行业，能承受中台统筹类工作压力，具备良好的团队协作能力。
  • 持有C1及以上驾照，具备基本驾驶能力优先。
