1. 人工智能、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历。 2. 具备扎实的数据结构与算法能力, 熟悉C++/Python 3. 具备较强的学习能力, 良好的的沟通强烈的责任心和自我驱动力。 4. 具备严谨的思维逻辑和良好的工作学习习惯, 有客观、系统、自我Challenge的意识 具备以下条件者优先: 1. 自动驾驶/机器人仿真引擎开发, 车辆动力学建模, 多智能体交互, 场景重建, 场景生成等方向有科研或实习经验 2. 有一定复杂度系统的开发经验, 对CPU/GPU计算/存储性能优化、系统自动化评测/可观测性方面有深入了解 3. 具备云原生、多模态大数据处理与挖掘、数据闭环、数据等方面经验 4. 计算机编程竞赛获奖经历, 或头部国际会议/期刊论文发表
