The posting

  • 常驻内蒙测试场地，协助团队完成自动驾驶重卡货运场地封闭测试、道路测试的现场安全保障工作，配合保障重载、常规路况、昼夜测试等常规测试场景的安全有序开展。
  • 协助开展测试前基础安全准入核查、测试过程现场安全巡查与监控，配合排查车辆、现场环境基础安全隐患，记录测试过程中的基础风险与异常情况。
  • 负责测试现场基础安全事务配合，遇到测试异常、轻微突发工况时及时上报、协助现场处置、留存现场资料，配合团队完成现场安全管控工作。
  • 协助整理内蒙场地测试安全台账、测试记录、基础安全数据，汇总一线测试场景问题并同步至北京安全中台，配合团队完成经验沉淀与体系优化落地。
  • 严格落实总部下发的安全制度与测试规范，协助开展场地测试人员安全宣导、测试设备及车辆基础安全管理，保障场地测试工作合规有序推进。
  • 2027届本科及以上应届生，安全工程、车辆工程、交通运输、风险管理等相关专业。
  • 了解自动驾驶基础原理、熟悉车辆基本结构，有整车测试、场地测试、安全管控相关项目/实习经验优先。
  • 具备基础的风险识别意识，观察力细致、做事严谨，能认真记录现场测试问题，服从团队工作安排。
  • 能常驻内蒙场地，适应外勤、驻场及路面测试相关工作，吃苦耐劳、抗压能力良好，执行力强。
  • 热爱自动驾驶行业，积极主动、善于学习总结，具备良好的团队协作和沟通配合能力。
  • 持有C1及以上驾照，能熟练驾驶车辆，可满足场地、道路测试随行、现场巡检通勤需求。
