我们正在寻找对自动驾驶产品经理感兴趣的你加入，核心职责如下： 1.负责自动驾驶相关的竞品研究、客户需求分析和用户体验分析，并提出相应策略，针对特定场景和问题，制定完整的产品解决方案； 2.负责自动驾驶产品的场景分析、功能定义、产品设计、评估与优化，达成产品目标； 3.负责驱动研发、测试人员实现产品需求，跟踪产品整个研发过程中的问题并推进解决； 4.负责对研发交付的结果进行验收，确保产品设计被正确的执行落地； 5.负责对产品上线后运营过程中问题跟踪，关注产品体验与反馈，提出迭代优化方案； 作为由滴滴自动驾驶公司孵化的公司，KargoBot专注L4级别干线货运的无人驾驶技术研发和商业化运营，创新性地提出了混合无人化解决方案，由一名司机驾驶的领航车辆，引领多辆L4级自动驾驶卡车行驶。

1.2027届毕业生，全日制统招本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业优先； 2.逻辑清晰、愿意探索、有用户意识、具备较强的洞察能力； 3.了解自动驾驶基本知识，对自动驾驶领域充满热情，愿意长期深耕； 4.有良好的结构性思维，有强烈的责任心和自驱力，并有强沟通协调能力； 5.至少有一段产品实习经历，自动驾驶/机器人/人工智能/汽车领域相关实习经历者优先；
