你加入的团队 卡尔动力（KargoBot）是全球领先的 L4 级自动驾驶卡车公司，独创 "领航车有人、跟随车无人" 的混合智能编队模式，已部署数百台智能重卡，在西北、华北多地实现常态化商业化运营，并联合头部主机厂推出前装量产 L4 车型。 工程中台-车辆方向-电气组负责整车电气系统的设计、验证与实车调试 —— 自动驾驶卡车能不能安全、稳定地跑起来，电气是底线，也是起点。 岗位职责 参与自动驾驶卡车整车低压电气系统（电源分配、线束、保险 / 继电器、接插件）的设计、选型与实车验证； 负责整车电源管理相关功能的测试验证、数据分析和问题定位； 负责传感器、控制器及线控执行器（转向、制动、驱动等）的电气联调及台架搭建； 负责实车电气故障排查与整改，熟练使用万用表、示波器、CAN 分析仪等工具，快速定位并解决现场问题； 参与整车电气安全边界分析与验证及单点失效验证，保障车辆运行安全； 配合工程中台硬件、嵌入式以及结构设计团队完成整车联调、试验支持与问题闭环； 编写电气设计图纸及BOM文档、DV测试报告，沉淀团队技术资产。

任职要求 本科及以上学历，机械设计及其自动化、车辆工程、机械电子工程、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业； 熟悉车辆结构，掌握模拟 / 数字电路、基本电气原理与 CAN 总线基础知识； 了解电源管理、电池管理及车辆工作机理，具备基本的安全边界意识； 动手能力强，能熟练使用万用表、示波器等常用工具与仪器。 加分项 有汽车 / 机器人竞赛经验（智能车、电子设计竞赛、RoboMaster 等）； 有智能设备、智能电气或自动化项目开发经验； 发表过车辆电控、嵌入式硬件、自动化相关学术论文； 掌握 CATIA、CAD 等三维 / 二维绘图工具，有实车电气调试经验。
