岗位职责 1. 深度参与无人驾驶系统软件架构设计与核心模块开发，亲手把"聪明的车"从算法变成可量产的代码。 2. 负责自动驾驶控制域基础软件的设计、开发、编码与单元测试，在性能、稳定性、安全性之间持续打磨。 3. 与硬件、算法、测试团队紧密配合，完成产品联调与问题攻关，让代码真的跑在路上。 4. 跟踪嵌入式领域前沿技术（RTOS、异构计算、新一代芯片平台等），结合业务场景做技术预研和落地尝试。

任职要求 1. 应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，喜爱计算机以及互联网技术。 2. 精通C/C++语言编程，熟悉Python、Shell，具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉数据结构。 3. 学习能力强，对技术有热情；责任心与自驱力拉满，能主动关注行业动态；具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。 4. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，能在 Linux 下完成日常开发、调试与问题定位。 5. 了解操作系统基本概念，有 RTOS 或嵌入式 Linux 应用开发基础者优先。 加分项 1. 有自动驾驶、机器人、无人机等相关项目经验 2. 熟悉 ROS / AUTOSAR / 中间件等任一领域 3. 参与过开源项目，或有个人技术博客 / GitHub
