岗位简介 KargoStar领航星专项为公司27届校招顶尖人才培养计划，定向吸纳全球顶尖硕博应届生，聚焦下一代自动驾驶前沿技术研发。岗位深度结合AI大模型、端到端自动驾驶、世界模型等前沿方向，依托大规模真实商用车路测数据与成熟数据闭环基建，完成前沿算法从理论探索、学术创新到量产落地的全流程迭代，打造兼具顶尖学术能力与工程落地能力的自动驾驶核心研发人才。

岗位职责 1. 前沿算法探索与技术迭代：聚焦下一代自动驾驶全新技术架构，深耕端到端智驾、世界模型、强化学习等前沿领域，研发创新型自动驾驶算法； 2. 学术成果沉淀与影响力建设：基于算法研发与项目落地成果，梳理、总结创新研究结论，独立或协作完成AI、机器人、自动驾驶领域顶会/期刊论文投稿（NeurIPS、CVPR、ICCV、ICRA、AAAI、TPAMI、IROS等），持续提升团队学术影响力与行业技术话语权； 3. 真实场景闭环验证与落地优化：依托公司大规模L4级商用车队路测数据、完善的数据闭环基建，完成自研算法的训练、仿真、实车验证全流程迭代； 4. 研产协同与工程化落地：践行高标准工程研发规范，打通Research到Production的落地链路，将前沿研究成果转化为可落地、可复用、可迭代的工程能力，平衡技术创新性与量产实用性。

1. 学历背景：2027届统招应届生，计算机科学、人工智能、机器人学、自动化、深度学习等相关专业，博士优先； 2. 学术&项目基础：在校期间深耕AI、机器视觉、自动驾驶相关研究方向，有顶会/期刊第一作者论文发表经历（CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、ICRA、IROS等），或在国内外顶级AI、自动驾驶竞赛中取得优异名次； 3. 技术认知：深度关注自动驾驶行业前沿技术演进，认同AI First、数据驱动的研发理念，熟悉大模型、端到端智驾、世界模型等技术的行业应用逻辑与落地潜力，具备敏锐的技术洞察力； 4. 工程能力：具备扎实的编程功底与良好的代码规范，精通Python、PyTorch深度学习框架，掌握C++/Rust开发者优先；熟悉模型训练、调优、仿真测试、数据处理全流程； 5. 综合素质：自驱力、思辨能力、抗压能力极强，兼具前沿创新探索思维与工程落地思维，乐于深耕真实场景、解决复杂技术难题，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
