Notre client, une entreprise qui œuvre dans le domaine des technologies, est présentement à la recherche d'une Adjointe pour assister son Président. Vous aimez être au cœur de l'action, comprendre rapidement les enjeux et faire avancer les choses? Ce rôle s'adresse à une Adjointe qui souhaite aller au-delà du soutien administratif traditionnel et devenir une véritable partenaire du président dans ses priorités quotidiennes. Dans un environnement où plusieurs processus sont déjà optimisés grâce à la technologie et à l'intelligence artificielle, vous aurez l'espace pour vous concentrer sur ce qui crée réellement de la valeur : structurer l'information, coordonner des dossiers, assurer les suivis et prendre en charge de petits projets, notamment en ressources humaines.

VOTRE RÔLE EN TANT QU'ADJOINTE AU PRÉSIDENT SERA DE:

  • Assurer le suivi de dossiers et de projets ponctuels, notamment en lien avec les ressources humaines et les priorités du président;
  • Coordonner de petits projets de façon autonome, en assurer l'organisation, les suivis et la progression jusqu'à leur réalisation;
  • Préparer et structurer les rencontres individuelles (one-on-one), notamment en assurant le suivi des sujets à aborder et des actions à prendre;
  • Participer à certaines rencontres et prendre des notes ciblées, en faisant ressortir uniquement les informations importantes, décisions et suivis à effectuer;
  • Effectuer les suivis auprès des différentes parties prenantes afin de faire avancer les dossiers et de maintenir les échéanciers;
  • Utiliser efficacement les outils technologiques et d'intelligence artificielle afin d'optimiser l'organisation, la documentation et le suivi de l'information;
  • Anticiper les besoins du président et lui apporter un soutien ponctuel dans la préparation et la coordination de ses priorités;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe dans le cadre de ses fonctions.

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS CHERCHONS:

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales requis ou expérience équivalente;
  • Posséder une expérience pertinente en soutien à un président, dirigeant ou membre de la haute direction;
  • Être une personne vive d'esprit et autonome, capable de comprendre rapidement les enjeux et de faire des liens;
  • Avoir un excellent sens de l'organisation et être à l'aise de gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle;
  • Démontrer un bon jugement et savoir distinguer ce qui est important de ce qui l'est moins;
  • Être à l'aise avec les outils technologiques et avoir une forte curiosité envers l'intelligence artificielle et les nouvelles façons de travailler;
  • Posséder une approche proactive, orientée vers les solutions et l'action;
  • Être à l'aise dans un environnement où les priorités peuvent évoluer rapidement.
