Notre client est à la recherche d'une Adjointe de direction pour travailler en partenariat étroit et direct avec son Président. La personne titulaire du poste agit comme une extension directe du Président au sein de son écosystème de travail. Elle interagit avec certaines ressources internes clés ainsi qu'avec des partenaires et consultants externes afin d'assurer clarté, alignement et continuité entre les décisions, les priorités et leur mise en œuvre. Il s'agit d'un rôle à forte proximité, requérant discernement, discrétion, maturité professionnelle et capacité à opérer avec contexte, nuance et responsabilité.

VOTRE RÔLE EN TANT QU'ADJOINTE DE DIRECTION SERA DE:

  • Capter les décisions, priorités et orientations issues des échanges avec le Président;
  • Traduire ces discussions et orientations en plans d'action clairs, structurés et suivis;
  • Organiser les prochaines étapes, les échéanciers et les livrables associés aux décisions prises;
  • Assurer les suivis auprès des ressources internes clés, consultants et partenaires externes concernés;
  • Préparer, au besoin, des résumés, rappels, notes de suivi ou documents de travail afin de soutenir la prise de décision et l'exécution;
  • Soutenir l'organisation, la structuration et l'optimisation de l'agenda du Président;
  • Organiser et coordonner les déplacements professionnels du gestionnaire lorsque requis;
  • Gérer et soutenir certaines communications stratégiques en assurant clarté, cohérence et alignement;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes contribuant à la fluidité, à l'efficacité et à la continuité du travail du fondateur.

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS CHERCHONS:

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales requis ou expérience équivalente;
  • Un minimum de dix (10) années d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
  • Haut niveau de compétence à utiliser la suite Office (Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint);
  • Professionnalisme dans les relations interpersonnelles, entregent, tact, diplomatie, discrétion et discernement, fiable, autonome, flexible;
  • Aptitude développée en planification et sens de l'organisation du travail;
  • Capacité d'adaptation face à des situations variées et bonne gestion du stress;
  • Bon jugement dans l'établissement des priorités, dans l'interprétation de directives.
