Notre client, une grande entreprise située sur la Rive-Nord de Montréal, est présentement à la recherche d'une Adjointe de direction pour assister son Directeur général. Ce rôle est essentiel pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de l'entreprise et offrir un service hors pair à l'équipe de direction. VOTRE RÔLE EN TANT QU'ADJOINTE EXÉCUTIVE SERA DE:

  • Piloter la planification de l'agenda de la direction, organiser les rencontres et veiller à une gestion efficace des priorités;
  • Élaborer, réviser et structurer différents outils de communication, documents administratifs, rapports et présentations;
  • Prendre en charge la logistique des déplacements professionnels de la haute direction ainsi que la préparation des notes de frais;
  • Assurer la préparation des réunions de gestion, notamment par l'élaboration des ordres du jour et la consignation des principaux éléments discutés;
  • Veiller à l'avancement des dossiers administratifs et effectuer les relances nécessaires pour assurer le respect des délais;
  • Faciliter les échanges entre la direction et les différents partenaires, collaborateurs et interlocuteurs externes;
  • Planifier et orchestrer des événements d'affaires, des rencontres professionnelles et diverses activités internes;
  • Traiter les renseignements sensibles et les dossiers confidentiels avec rigueur, jugement et intégrité;
  • Contribuer à la révision des pratiques administratives et proposer des améliorations visant à accroître l'efficacité des opérations;
  • Collaborer à la mise en œuvre de mandats particuliers et au déploiement de projets liés aux objectifs de l'organisation.

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS CHERCHONS:

  • D.E.C en techniques administratives ou formations équivalentes;
  • Minimum de sept (7) années d'expérience en tant qu'adjointe de direction;
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit en français et en anglais;
  • Excellente capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités;
  • Autonomie, débrouillardise et proactivité dans la recherche de solutions;
  • Grande aisance avec les outils informatiques (Microsoft Office et autres logiciels pertinents);
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément avec rigueur et efficacité;
  • Sens du service client et souci du détail.
