Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung von Gesellschaften der Landmarken Group
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Buchungs- und Abschlussqualität durch sorgfältige Kontenabstimmung, Plausibilitätsprüfungen und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation
  • Bearbeitung buchhalterischer und steuerlicher Fragestellungen, insbesondere Umsatzsteuer, Kontenabstimmung und Intercompany-Themen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Standardisierung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen, insbesondere bei digitalen Workflows, Schnittstellen, Dokumentationen und wiederkehrenden Abschlussprozessen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für unsere internen Mitarbeiter sowie externen Partner und Steuerberater

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung als Buchhalter:in /Bilanzbuchhalter:in / Finanzbuchhalter:in (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachangestellte:r / Steuerfachwirt:in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Steuern
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung oder maßgeblichen Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise DATEV
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei (Ausbildung und/oder Berufspraxis)
