Als Teil unseres IT-Teams sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen jeden Tag reibungslos arbeiten können, egal ob im Büro, unterwegs oder im Homeoffice. Gemeinsam mit unserem Team sorgst du dafür, dass Technik unsere Arbeit unterstützt, statt sie aufzuhalten.   • Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden im 1st-Level-Support per Telefon, Remote-Support und Ticketsystem
  • Eigenverantwortliche Analyse, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Störungen und Serviceanfragen
  • Einrichtung und Bereitstellung von Laptops (Windows und macOS), Smartphones (iPhone), Druckern und weiterer IT-Ausstattung
  • Unterstützung unserer Anwenderinnen und Anwender bei Microsoft-365-Anwendungen wie Teams, SharePoint und Planner
  • Erstellung verständlicher Anleitungen und Dokumentationen, die auch technisch weniger versierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen helfen

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Sicherheit oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support sind wünschenswert
  • Freude daran, Menschen bei technischen Herausforderungen zu unterstützen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Microsoft 365, Windows oder Mobile Device Management sind von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine offene und freundliche Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
