岗位职责： 1、负责电力在线监测仪表的硬件研发，包括产品的电路设计、PCB开发及调试； 2、参与电力计量产品的选型与集成，优化高精度信号采集、低功耗设计、抗干扰处理等关键技术； 3、主导硬件原型测试，确保设备符合电力行业EMC/安规标准，并支持量产转化； 4、协作软件团队完成数据采集、通信协议的硬件底层驱动开发； 5、编写完整的技术文档（原理图、BOM、测试报告等），协助专利与资质申报。

岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业； 2、2年以上硬件开发经验，熟悉电力监测设备或工业传感器的开发流程，精通各类电力仪表、电气系统设备原理，具备丰富的仪表、电气系统选项经验； 3、有电力仪表、继电保护设备、智能变送器的开发经验优先； 4、具备较强的分析解决问题能力与沟通能力，责任心强。
