The posting

Buscamos profissional de QA para atuar em um time de desenvolvimento de e-commerce, participando de todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento das soluções, desde o entendimento dos requisitos até a validação e entrega em produção.

O profissional será responsável por garantir a qualidade das entregas, identificar riscos e defeitos, apoiar o time na prevenção de problemas e contribuir para a evolução dos processos de qualidade.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar e executar planos, cenários e casos de teste funcionais e não funcionais.
  • Realizar testes de novas funcionalidades, correções, integrações e regressões.
  • Atuar de forma próxima aos Product Owners, desenvolvedores e demais stakeholders.
  • Participar das cerimônias do modelo ágil, como Planning, Daily, Review e Retrospective.
  • Analisar requisitos e histórias de usuário, identificando inconsistências, riscos e possíveis cenários de falha.
  • Registrar, acompanhar e gerenciar defeitos utilizando Jira.
  • Apoiar a definição de critérios de aceite e Definition of Done.
  • Realizar testes em aplicações de e-commerce e seus principais fluxos, como navegação, busca, catálogo, carrinho, checkout, pagamentos, pedidos e pós-venda.
  • Atuar em ambientes que utilizem Magento e Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Desenvolver e/ou manter automação de testes, contribuindo para a evolução da cobertura automatizada e dos testes de regressão.
  • Apoiar processos de CI/CD e execução de testes automatizados quando aplicável.
  • Trabalhar na identificação da causa e impacto dos problemas encontrados, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da qualidade do produto.
  • Produzir evidências e documentação dos testes realizados.

Conhecimentos e requisitos:

Obrigatórios:

Experiência como QA / Analista de Qualidade / Analista de Testes em times de desenvolvimento de software.

  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis, especialmente Scrum e/ou Kanban.
  • Experiência com Jira e gestão de histórias, tarefas, bugs e testes.
  • Conhecimento de testes funcionais, regressivos, exploratórios e de integração.
  • Experiência com automação de testes.
  • Conhecimento ou experiência em ambientes de e-commerce.
  • Conhecimento de APIs e ferramentas como APIdog.
  • Conhecimento de testes de APIs e integrações.
  • Conhecimento de Magento.
  • Conhecimento de Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado, com capacidade para participar de reuniões e interagir com equipes internacionais.

Desejáveis:

  • Noções de SQL para validação de dados.
  • Experiência com ferramentas/frameworks de automação, como Selenium, Cypress, Playwright ou similares.
  • Conhecimento de pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Experiência com plataformas de pagamento, ERP, middleware e integrações de e-commerce.
  • Conhecimento de testes de performance e segurança.
  • Certificação ou formação relacionada à área de QA/Testes, como ISTQB.
