🚀 Key User (RH) Junior - INGLÊS AVANÇADO 🌐 Presencial -> Araquari – Santa Catarina Contrato CLT

📢 Responsabilidades Gerenciamento e manutenção de registros de colaboradores no SAP (lançamento de atestados, ajustes de ponto, abonos, ausências e folgas) Suporte na manutenção e parametrização de sistemas de RH, incluindo configuração de feriados e regras de horário Monitoramento de funcionalidades e acessos de usuários nos sistemas Apoio na administração e manutenção do sistema de relógio de ponto Criação de posições no SAP Atualizações e alterações massivas no SAP (ex.: salário, dissídio) via chamados à central de TI Especificação de melhorias ou novos processos por meio de tickets no JIRA, seguindo metodologia ágil Atualização de bases e fluxos no workflow Lecom Realização de testes em ambiente de qualidade antes de implantações em produção Atendimento de tickets de RH relacionados a sistemas e rotinas de DP Criação de relatórios e controles operacionais Apoio em treinamentos técnicos e melhoria contínua dos processos do HRSSC

🔎Requisitos Experiência com rotinas de RH / Departamento Pessoal Vivência com sistemas de RH ou SAP Conhecimento em gestão de ponto, abonos e ausências Excel intermediário Inglês avançado (necessário para comunicação frequente na rotina)
