Sobre a Oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em SAP MM para atuar na conexão entre as áreas de Compras, Suprimentos, Estoques e Fiscal com soluções SAP estáveis, simples e sustentáveis, gerando eficiência operacional e valor para o negócio.

O projeto terá duração de 12 meses, atuando 100% presencialmente em nossa unidade em Conceição do Jacuípe/BA. (É necessário residir na região ou ter disponibilidade total para mudança para Conceição do Jacuípe ou Feira de Santana - BA).

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Atuação Completa no SAP MM: Desenho, configuração, sustentação e evolução dos processos de Materials Management (MM), conectando Compras, Suprimentos, Logística, Fiscal, Produção e TI.
  • Processos e Diagnóstico: Garantir a estabilidade do sistema, conduzindo a gestão de incidentes, resolução de problemas recorrentes, mapeamento de melhorias e análises de impacto de mudanças.
  • Facilitação e Alinhamento: Liderar levantamentos e workshops, transformar requisitos de negócio em desenhos funcionais e priorizar soluções standard sempre que viável.
  • Configuração e Parametrização: Manter e configurar requisições, cotações, pedidos, contratos, acordos, estratégias de liberação, recebimento e verificação de faturas.
  • Gestão de Estoques: Atuar em movimentações, transferências, inventário físico, avaliação e dados mestres de materiais e fornecedores.
  • Integrações e Soluções Satélites: Analisar integrações do MM com FI, CO, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, sistemas fiscais, portais, APIs e soluções parceiras.
  • Especificação e Testes: Elaborar especificações funcionais para ABAP (relatórios, interfaces, formulários, workflows e extensões); planejar e executar testes unitários, integrados e de regressão, apoiando UAT, transportes, cutover, go-live e hypercare.
  • Causa-Raiz e Governança: Investigar problemas na origem, propor correções definitivas e acompanhar KPIs de estabilidade, backlog e reincidência.
  • Documentação e Conhecimento: Produzir documentação técnica/funcional, procedimentos e treinamentos, promovendo a transferência de conhecimento.
  • Comunicação: Reportar status, riscos, dependências e decisões estratégicas com clareza para a liderança e áreas envolvidas.

Requisitos e Conhecimentos Imprescindíveis

  • SAP MM: Experiência prática em configuração, sustentação e melhoria contínua em SAP ECC e, preferencialmente, SAP S/4HANA.
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Domínio de fluxo completo (requisição, sourcing/cotação, pedido, contratos, aprovação, entrada de mercadoria e verificação de faturas).
  • Gestão de Materiais: Controle de dados mestres, movimentações, transferências, inventários e avaliação de estoques.
  • Localização Brasil: Recebimento fiscal, Nota Fiscal, impostos indiretos e integração nativa entre Compras, Fiscal e FI.
  • Integrações: Conhecimento em conexões de MM com FI/CO, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, ABAP e sistemas externos.
  • S/4HANA e Fiori: Visão de simplificações, navegação/aplicativos Fiori, boas práticas e evolução de Sourcing and Procurement.
  • Ciclo de Entrega e Governança: Domínio de metodologia Fit-to-Standard, parametrização, especificações, transportes, rastreabilidade, documentação e segregação de funções.

Diferenciais

  • Vivência com SAP WM/EWM, compras indiretas, workflows e integrações com soluções logísticas/fiscais.
  • Conhecimento sobre a Reforma Tributária Brasileira e seus impactos em compras, recebimentos e documentos fiscais.
  • Experiência com SAP Activate, Best Practices, Fit-to-Standard e conceitos de Clean Core.
  • Participação anterior em projetos de rollout, migração, upgrade, cutover, go-live ou hypercare.
  • Certificação SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado para leitura técnica e interação profissional.

Formação e Experiência Requeridas

  • Graduação concluída em Administração, Logística, Supply Chain, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas. Experiência prévia como Consultor(a) SAP MM em projetos de sustentação, melhorias, implementação ou rollout. Vivência em ambientes industriais, bens de consumo, operações de alto volume ou rotinas complexas de Supply Chain.
