Buscamos uma pessoa Consultora SAP CO para atuar na evolução dos processos de Controladoria, transformando dados de custos e rentabilidade em informações mais confiáveis para apoiar a tomada de decisão do negócio.

A pessoa será responsável pelo desenho, configuração, sustentação e evolução dos processos de SAP Controlling (CO), conectando áreas como Controladoria, Finanças, Operações e Tecnologia.

Procuramos um perfil com forte domínio funcional de SAP CO, visão de custos industriais, capacidade analítica e boa interação com áreas de negócio.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Sustentar e evoluir os processos de SAP CO, atuando na análise de incidentes, problemas recorrentes, melhorias e impactos de mudanças;
  • Conduzir levantamento de requisitos e workshops com áreas como Controladoria, Contabilidade, Custos, Produção, Logística, Compras e áreas corporativas;
  • Configurar e manter estruturas relacionadas a centros de custo, centros de lucro, ordens internas, classes de custo, ciclos de alocação e regras de liquidação;
  • Atuar nos processos de planejamento, orçamento, rateios, apropriações, distribuição, avaliação, fechamento mensal e análise de desvios;
  • Apoiar processos de Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), incluindo custeio de materiais, custo padrão, custos de produção, WIP, variâncias e liquidação de ordens;
  • Atuar com análise de rentabilidade e resultados por meio de CO-PA, margens e relatórios gerenciais;
  • Garantir a integração do CO com módulos como FI, MM, SD, PP, PS e PM, além de soluções externas;
  • Elaborar desenhos de solução e especificações funcionais para relatórios, interfaces, formulários e desenvolvimentos ABAP;
  • Planejar e executar testes unitários, integrados e de regressão, além de apoiar UAT, cutover, go-live e hypercare;
  • Produzir documentação funcional, procedimentos, evidências e materiais de treinamento;
  • Apoiar a gestão de backlog, prioridades, riscos, dependências e prazos.

Conhecimentos esperados

  • Experiência com SAP CO em ambientes ECC e/ou S/4HANA;
  • Conhecimento em CO-OM / CCA, incluindo centros de custo, planejamento, rateios, distribuições e ciclos de alocação;
  • Experiência com ordens internas, planejamento, orçamento, apropriação e liquidação;
  • Conhecimento em CO-PC, incluindo custo do produto, custo padrão, custos de produção, WIP, variâncias e Material Ledger;
  • Experiência com CO-PA, análise de rentabilidade, margens, características e derivações;
  • Conhecimento das integrações entre CO e módulos como FI, MM, SD, PP, PS e PM;
  • Vivência com S/4HANA, Universal Journal e integração FI/CO;
  • Conhecimento do ciclo de entrega SAP, incluindo levantamento, parametrização, testes, transporte, implantação e estabilização;
  • Boa capacidade de documentação, organização e comunicação com áreas técnicas e de negócio.

Formação e experiência

  • Graduação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prática como Consultor(a) SAP CO em sustentação, melhorias, implementação ou rollout;
  • Vivência com custos industriais, manufatura ou bens de consumo;
  • Experiência em ambiente S/4HANA e atuação próxima às áreas de Controladoria e Operações.

Diferenciais

  • Certificação SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting;
  • Experiência com Material Ledger e Actual Costing;
  • Vivência com CO-PA baseado em contas, planejamento integrado e SAP Analytics Cloud;
  • Conhecimento de SAP Fiori, SAP Activate, Best Practices e abordagem Fit-to-Standard;
  • Participação em projetos de transformação S/4HANA, migração, rollout ou revisão de modelos de custos;
  • Inglês para leitura técnica e interação em projetos globais.
