Estamos buscando um(a) Analista de Sustentação de Sistemas Pleno para atuar na sustentação de aplicações de negócio, investigação e resolução de incidentes e melhoria contínua dos sistemas.

O profissional terá atuação em ambientes corporativos, interagindo com equipes técnicas, áreas de negócio e times locais e globais.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Atuar na sustentação e suporte técnico de aplicações de negócio. • Investigar e solucionar incidentes, incluindo análise de código-fonte, logs e banco de dados. • Participar de war rooms e atividades de troubleshooting para diagnóstico e resolução de problemas. • Gerenciar Incidentes, Problemas, Mudanças e SLAs conforme metodologia ITIL. • Atuar na integração entre sistemas, envolvendo equipes internas e fornecedores/terceiros. • Apoiar testes, correções, releases e implantações de sistemas. • Apoiar as áreas internas na identificação de problemas e oportunidades de melhoria. • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes locais, regionais e globais.

Requisitos:

• Ensino superior completo em Análise de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas. • 3 a 5 anos de experiência em tecnologia/sustentação de sistemas. • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software, com capacidade de análise de código-fonte. • Experiência em suporte e resolução de incidentes em aplicações corporativas. • Conhecimento avançado em SQL/Banco de Dados. • Conhecimento em ITIL e gestão de Incidentes, Problemas, Mudanças e SLAs. • Inglês intermediário para interação com equipes locais e globais. • Boa capacidade de comunicação, análise e resolução de problemas.

Diferenciais:

• Experiência com ERP Oracle ou outras aplicações corporativas. • Conhecimento de infraestrutura de TI. • Experiência em ambientes integrados e com múltiplos sistemas.

Perfil desejado:

Profissional analítico, colaborativo e resiliente, com boa comunicação e capacidade de atuar sob pressão na investigação e resolução de incidentes críticos.
